What does “per user” pricing mean?
Per user pricing covers all IT devices and services for each employee—desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, Microsoft 365 licensing, security protection, and unlimited support. This ensures complete coverage whilst keeping costs predictable and easy to budget.
Why is there a 5-user minimum?
Our small business packages are designed to provide enterprise-grade IT support at an affordable price point. The 5-user minimum allows us to deliver the high-quality service, proactive monitoring, and dedicated support that your business deserves whilst maintaining sustainable service levels.
What’s the difference between response time and recovery time?
Response time is how quickly our engineers acknowledge and begin working on your ticket after you report an issue. Recovery Time Objective (RTO) is the maximum time to fully restore your systems from backup in a disaster. Recovery Point Objective (RPO) is the maximum amount of data you could lose (based on backup frequency). For example, Financial Services tier guarantees 30-minute response, 4-hour RTO, and 130-minute RPO.
Can we upgrade or downgrade our package?
Yes, you can change your package tier at any time with 30 days’ notice. If you’re on a 12-month contract, you can upgrade immediately but downgrades take effect at your next renewal. 30-day rolling contracts can be modified at any month-end.
How do add-on services work?
Add-on services can be purchased alongside any package tier. Additional email mailboxes, cloud storage, and enhanced backups are billed monthly and can be added or removed with 30 days’ notice. All add-ons include full support as part of your package.
Do you support businesses outside London?
Yes, we support businesses throughout the UK. Whilst our head office is in London, we provide remote support nationwide and can arrange on-site visits anywhere in the UK (additional travel costs may apply for locations outside Greater London).
What if we need services across multiple UK offices?
Our packages cover all your UK locations. You simply pay per user regardless of where they’re based. For Enterprise tier clients with multiple sites, we can assign dedicated regional engineers and provide on-site presence as needed.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
For Essential and Business packages, there’s a one-time onboarding fee of £750 (ex. VAT) to cover initial system assessment, security baseline setup, and knowledge transfer. Financial Services and Enterprise tiers include complimentary white-glove onboarding. All costs are transparent—no hidden fees.
