We offer both 12-month and 30-day rolling contracts. 12-month agreements come with a modest discount, but we believe in earning your business every month — not locking you in.

What about on-site support?
All plans include on-site support in London. Our engineers are based in the city and can be at your office the same day for urgent issues.
