Getting value from the Microsoft 365 you already pay for
Most businesses buy Microsoft 365 and use a fraction of it. Email works. Teams mostly works. That is where it stops.
Meanwhile SharePoint sits half-built, Power Automate goes untouched, and Copilot licences gather dust because nobody prepared the data that would make them useful.
Copilot is maturing fast and Microsoft keeps tightening security defaults across the platform. Both are good reasons to get the tenant configured properly now rather than next year.
Microsoft 365 tenant audit, hardening and right-sizing
We start by auditing the tenant you already have: licence assignments, security configuration, email authentication records, conditional access policies, SharePoint structure and Teams governance. Most firms find they are overspending on licences and under-protected at the same time.
Then we fix it. Licences get right-sized so nobody pays for features they never open. MFA gets enforced across every account. Conditional access policies block risky sign-ins. DMARC, DKIM and SPF go in so your domain cannot be spoofed — which also supports Cyber Essentials certification, now that it mandates MFA across cloud services.
SharePoint gets a real information architecture. Teams gets governance that stops channel sprawl before it starts.
Copilot on data that is actually ready
Copilot for Microsoft 365 is genuinely useful once the data underneath it is ready. Point it at a SharePoint full of duplicate files and broken permissions and it will either surface the wrong thing or decline to answer.
So we start with data readiness, as we set out in our Copilot security governance guide. We audit SharePoint permissions, clear out redundant files, apply sensitivity labels and structure sites so Copilot can find what it needs. Then a pilot group, feedback, tuning, and expansion across the organisation.
We also teach your team to prompt properly. The gap between a vague query and a well-structured one is the gap between a useless summary and a draft that saves an hour.
Microsoft 365 for an FCA-regulated firm
For FCA-regulated firms, including wealth managers and advisory houses, we set data loss prevention policies that stop sensitive information leaving the tenant. Communication compliance policies watch for regulatory red flags. Retention policies meet your record-keeping obligations without anyone remembering to do it manually.
Our Microsoft 365 support in London runs from day-to-day user issues through to platform strategy. A broken mail flow rule or a redesign of the whole SharePoint estate — both are ours. For the current licensing picture, read our analysis of the Microsoft 365 price changes for July 2026.
