Pricing
What the fee covers
Nerdster Private is a monthly service agreed in writing before anything starts. It can cover the household, home office and the people who use them.
Larger estates, several properties and family offices need a survey first. We walk the properties, work out what is there, and send a fixed-price proposal.
The monthly figure covers the service in full: no callout charges, and anything outside it is quoted and agreed before it starts.
