Yes. We offer UK shipping with video handover, and in-person setup in London. A suitable existing Mac may be configured remotely. We check equipment, supported accounts and the tasks you want help with before confirming the installation and quote.

Assistant Home with a new Mac, setup and insured UK shipping is £2,778 including VAT. Setup on a compatible existing Mac starts at £954 including VAT. Optional Assistant care is £114 per month including VAT. Your quote lists hardware, setup, delivery and any custom work separately.

Nerdster Intelligence is the personal AI service behind your Nerdster Assistant. We set it up around the household tasks you choose, from reminders and shopping lists to finding information and preparing replies. We agree the connections, permissions and review steps with you. Extra services such as retailer baskets and smart-home connections are checked and quoted separately.

It can help a parent explain a topic, suggest practice questions or prepare a revision plan. Use it to support understanding and check the answers together. It can make mistakes and is not a substitute for a teacher. Any direct access for a younger user needs a separately agreed setup, suitable messaging route and parental supervision.

Home and Pro can help prepare a shopping list and meal ideas. Preparing a basket on a retailer’s site is a separate connection that we check, test and quote first. You review products, quantities, substitutions, delivery and the final price, then complete checkout yourself. We do not promise compatibility with every shop.

Yes, for reminders and scheduled briefings we agree at setup. You choose the sources, timing and where the message arrives. The Mac must stay powered on and the relevant connections must be available. Product checks and other new services need separate scoping.

Home and Pro are setup packages, not per-feature subscriptions. Your choices help us configure the agreed scope and recommend the right starting package. Removing a feature does not discount the package. Adding a Pro feature selects Pro; choosing email and bookings also selects the £1,194 Household PA setup. Custom workflows are priced after scoping.

A Mac-based AI assistant configured for your household, with agreed connections, onboarding and 30 days of adjustments. Buy the Mac yourself or ask us to supply it at Apple’s price; either way it is yours, on your own Apple account, and we recommend AppleCare+. Ongoing care is a separate, optional service. This is a request for a proposal, not an online order.

You can ask us to assess an existing Mac. We confirm its memory, storage and performance before quoting. Network diagnostics need compatible UniFi equipment. Document workflows and local backups need suitable storage. We check your router, calendars, email and storage first; any required network work or subscriptions are priced separately.

Home includes calendar briefings and agreed reminders, shopping-list and meal-planning help, parent-led homework explanations, and a home IT summary (network, backups and updates) where compatible UniFi equipment is present. Pro adds document search, photo-to-calendar and local voice, with the agreed sources and equipment connected at setup. For email and booking workflows, add Household PA setup to Pro. Those workflows are available now; we confirm your supported services, permissions and approval steps before work begins.

Approved email and booking workflows require Pro with the Household PA setup and a compatible service. We agree what it can read and do, and configure approval before sending or booking. It cannot guarantee availability or complete every website’s booking process. Children’s and staff assistants are not given sending or booking tools.

The model processes information on the Mac. Telegram carries and stores messages on its servers; Signal is an alternative to discuss at setup. Connected calendars, email, web searches and approved cloud AI use external services. Encrypted off-site backups also leave the home. Nerdster’s monitoring and remote-support access is disclosed and agreed in writing, including what support staff may review.

Adults are the starting users. Tell us if you need additional access. Teenager and staff profiles require separate setup and agreed restrictions; they do not share the adults’ memory, documents or sending tools. Telegram is for adults in this service. Any younger user’s access and parental supervision must be agreed before setup.

Optional Assistant care is £114 per month including VAT. It covers tested updates, backup checks, review of approved skills and settings, and recovery checks. Model changes are made after testing. Support hours, response arrangements, access, cancellation terms and what continues without care are confirmed in the proposal. New integrations and substantial changes are separately scoped.

AI can misunderstand information. Check important answers and proposed actions before relying on them. A power or internet outage may interrupt the service; an encrypted Mac may need someone to unlock it after restarting. We cover recovery at handover. It is not a safety, medical or emergency-monitoring service.

Nerdster configures a local assistant around agreed household information and tasks, installs the connections and helps you use it. A general AI subscription is a separate product. The local model has its own limits; optional external AI is clearly separated and provider charges or usage limits are agreed.
