How much do business mobile plans cost?
Every plan is a fixed monthly fee per user, ex VAT, quoted once we know how many lines you need and where your team travels. All three include unlimited UK calls, data and SMS; the difference between them is the roaming. Tell us the shape of your team and we will send the figures.
What contract lengths are available?
Both 12-month and 24-month terms — the 24-month term carries lower per-month pricing. All plans are ex VAT, a minimum term applies, and early termination fees apply on 12-month contracts. We confirm the exact term pricing on your quote.
Is roaming really included?
Yes. Basic includes fair-use EU roaming, Standard includes full European roaming (Zone 1 & 2), and Premium adds worldwide roaming across 150+ countries. Roaming is intended for occasional business travel, not permanent use abroad.
What does "MSP support" mean for our mobiles?
You get a single monthly bill and a managed-service team that handles provisioning, SIM swaps, lost/stolen devices and plan changes — the same team that supports the rest of your IT, with no separate carrier helpline to chase.
Are the unlimited allowances really unlimited?
Unlimited allowances are for normal business use on smartphones under our Fair Usage Policy. Tethering/hotspot use beyond reasonable levels may be restricted, and artificially inflated traffic, gateways and bulk messaging are not permitted.
