What does "per user per month" actually cover?
Unlimited helpdesk, proactive monitoring of laptops and servers, security software, Microsoft 365 administration, and a named engineer who knows your business. Hardware, licences and one-off projects are quoted separately so you always know what you are paying for.
Will you visit our office?
Yes, we are based in London and visit client sites across the city. Most issues are resolved remotely faster than someone can travel, but we are happy to come on site for setups, audits, or when you just want to see a friendly face.
